Advanced iFrame Block

I can insert an iframe using custom html, but using custom html i can show part of a iframe for example if i wanted to display for example show_part_of_iframe="true" show_part_of_iframe_x="50" (Left Offset) show_part_of_iframe_y="350" (Top Offset) show_part_of_iframe_width="455" show_part_of_iframe_height="460" scrolling="no"] I can achieve it with a paid plugin like advanced iframe, but it would be good if there was a native nexterblock, rather than me playing for another plugin!
